The college is unique in the region that provides high standards of personal appearance, conduct, teamwork and leadership that are in keeping with the finest traditions of the seagoing services. The students are members of the Regiment of Cadets, which is governed by a set of rules and regulations. The Regiment is led by the professional personnel of the Commandant of cadets’ staff.
